The size of your body has nothing to do with your worth. Nothing.

You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection – Buddha

Hi All,

This was a research project from last year based on analysing yoga in the treatment of Bulimia Nervosa and also Gestalt Psychotherapy. Warmest blessings,

Kate

My sexuality didn’t even enter my thoughts. Whilst physically my eating disorder had finished many moons ago, the real healing hadn’t even touched the surface. The healing that had everything to do with sexuality.
